The
agreement.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Trade Trek website and the ALISD indicators sold through it. The seller is Gabriel Regan, doing business as Trade Trek(“Trade Trek,” “we,” or “us”). Governing law is the law of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. 1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. The product

Trade Trek sells software indicators delivered as invite-only TradingView scripts, billed as monthly subscriptions through Stripe. TradingView and Stripe are independent third parties. Trade Trek does not operate TradingView or Stripe and is not responsible for their platforms, outages, policy changes, or account decisions.

Access is granted to one TradingView username per subscription. That username is non-transferable. Sharing, selling, or pooling a subscription across usernames is a material breach.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and a paid, current subscription, Trade Trek grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the scripts on the single TradingView username linked to your account. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, share, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the scripts or any derivative of them. The licence can be revoked by Trade Trek at any time under §7.

4. The product is a tool — not advice

THE PRODUCT IS A TOOL. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice. It does not recommend trades. It makes no representation about performance, profitability, or results. Nothing on the site is a performance record. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds. You may cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid period and then stops. A chargeback or payment dispute results in immediate revocation of access. This no-refund policy is also stated in Refunds and must be accepted at checkout.

6. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Stripe processes payment. Trade Trek never stores card numbers. Failed payment may suspend or terminate access.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, including sharing scripts, chargebacks, or abusive use. On termination the license ends and script access is revoked.

Trade Trek may modify, suspend, or discontinue any script, feature, plan, or the service as a whole at any time, with or without notice, including retiring a script from TradingView. Access is a revocable licence (§3), not a purchase, and no credit or compensation is owed for features changed or discontinued. If Trade Trek discontinues your plan entirely, billing stops from that point; no further charges are made.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND THE INDICATORS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that scripts will remain compatible with TradingView.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADE TREK AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST TRADING GAINS, OR TRADING LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO TRADE TREK IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Trade Trek and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the product, your trading, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Severability; entire agreement

If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclaimer, and the Refunds policy are the entire agreement between you and Trade Trek concerning the product and supersede prior communications.

13. Intellectual property

Trade Trek owns the scripts, their source, logic, names, and all related content and marks. Access is licensed, not sold. No rights are granted except the license in §3.

14. Acceptable use

No automated access, scraping, or load on the site; no attempt to view, extract, or reconstruct script source; no circumvention of TradingView access controls; you are responsible for complying with TradingView's own terms.

15. Auto-renewal disclosure

Your subscription renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We will email a confirmation of your subscription and of any price change at least 30 days before it takes effect.

16. Third-party platform changes

TradingView may change its Pine platform, invite-only mechanics, or policies at any time; Trade Trek will use reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility but cannot guarantee it and is not liable for TradingView's actions.

17. No advisory relationship

Trade Trek is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution, and does not provide personalized advice. Use of the product creates no fiduciary or advisory relationship.

18. Dispute resolution

Binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in Nevada; class actions and jury trials waived to the extent permitted; either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court; you may opt out of arbitration by email to support@alisdtrading.com after first purchase; exclusive venue for any court proceeding is the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

19. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law. Where local law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, it is waived by your express consent at checkout (see Refunds §5).

20. Electronic communications; assignment; waiver; survival

You consent to receive notices by email. You may not assign these Terms. Trade Trek may assign to a successor. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. Sections 3–5, 8–10, 13, 18 survive termination.

21. Community

Trade Trek may provide a Discord server or similar community space for support and discussion. It is provided as-is, may be changed, moderated, or closed at any time, and nothing posted there by Trade Trek, its staff, or members is advice or a recommendation. Member content is the member's own. Server rules form part of these Terms and Trade Trek may remove any member at its discretion.

This Privacy Policy describes how Gabriel Regan, doing business as Trade Trek (“Trade Trek,” “we,” or “us”) collects and uses information when you use the Trade Trek site. Contact: support@alisdtrading.com,848 N Rainbow Blvd, PMB 8148, Las Vegas, NV 89107.

1. Data we collect

• Account identity: name and email address (via Clerk authentication).
• TradingView username you submit so invite-only scripts can be granted.
• Subscription and entitlement status stored on your account record.
• Payment is handled by Stripe. The site never stores card numbers.

2. Processors

• Clerk — authentication and account session.
• Stripe — billing, invoices, and subscription management.
• TradingView — delivery of invite-only script access to the username you provide.

Those processors are independent companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

3. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage required for an authenticated session (Clerk). We do not use advertising trackers on the storefront.

4. Use of data

We use the data above to create your account, bill the subscription, grant or revoke TradingView access, provide support, and enforce the Terms (including no-refund and one-username rules).

5. Retention

We retain account data while the account exists plus 24 months after closure. Billing records are retained 7 years for tax. Payment records held by Stripe follow Stripe's policies.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, or deletion of, the personal data we hold, subject to records we must keep for billing, tax, or legal reasons. Email support@alisdtrading.com, 848 N Rainbow Blvd, PMB 8148, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Deleting an account revokes script access.

7. No sale of personal data

Trade Trek does not sell personal data. We do not share it for cross-context advertising.

8. Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We use third-party processors that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

10. Hosting and logs

The hosting provider records IP address, browser type, and request logs for security and retains them for 90 days.

11. Email

Transactional email (confirmations, renewal notices) is always sent. Marketing email is sent only with consent and with an unsubscribe link in every message.

12. International users

Data is processed in the United States; by using the site you consent to that transfer. For EU/UK users the legal bases are contract performance (account, billing, access), legitimate interest (security, fraud), and consent (marketing).

13. California

We do not sell or share personal data; you may request the categories we hold, deletion, or correction; we respond within 45 days; no discrimination for exercising rights.

14. Children

The site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

15. Third-party links

The Discord invite and TradingView links lead to services with their own policies.

2. Trading risk

Trading futures, cryptocurrencies, and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose more than your initial outlay. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past market behavior is not a guarantee of future results.

3. No performance claims

Trade Trek does not show trading results on this site. The language below is included so the standard hypothetical-performance warning is present even though no results are displayed.

HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM. ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. 4. Third parties

TradingView and Stripe are independent third parties. Trade Trek is not responsible for their platforms, outages, or account actions.

5. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for whether, when, and how you trade. Trade Trek and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors have no liability for your trades or for losses incurred while using or declining to use the tools.

6. Registration status

Trade Trek is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, NFA, or FINRA, and is not an investment adviser or commodity trading advisor. The tools are impersonal software; nothing is tailored to any person's situation.

7. Market data

The indicators draw on data supplied by TradingView to your own account. Trade Trek provides no market data and makes no representation about its accuracy.

8. Testimonials and marketing

Any statement by a user reflects that person's experience only, is not typical, and is not a promise of results. Trade Trek makes no earnings claims.

This Refunds policy is part of the agreement between you and Gabriel Regan, doing business as Trade Trek (“Trade Trek,” “we,” or “us”). Contact: support@alisdtrading.com, 848 N Rainbow Blvd, PMB 8148, Las Vegas, NV 89107.

1. No refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds on monthly subscriptions or any other purchase of ALISD software access. Digital indicators are delivered as invite-only TradingView scripts. Once a subscription is purchased, the charge is not reversed except where required by law.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the end of the paid period, then ends. There is no pro-rata refund for unused days.

3. Chargebacks

A chargeback, payment dispute, or reversed charge results in immediate revocation of TradingView access and termination of the license. Trade Trek may refuse future subscriptions after a chargeback.

4. Checkout acknowledgement

Before checkout you must check: “I agree to the Terms of Service and the No-Refund Policy, I request immediate access, and I understand I lose any right of withdrawal once access is granted.” That acknowledgement is recorded with the Stripe session. The same rule appears in the Terms of Service.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK and similar)

By ticking the checkout box you request immediate delivery of the digital service and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right to withdraw once access is granted.

6. Billing errors

Duplicate charges or charges made in error will be corrected; that is a correction, not a refund.

7. Failed delivery

If Trade Trek cannot grant access to the TradingView username you provided within 3 business days for reasons within Trade Trek's control, we will cancel the subscription and reverse that charge.
